“It shall come to pass that before they call, I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear.”
Sometimes, it may seem to us like God doesn’t hear our prayers. It may seem like that because we don’t see His answers right away. But God always hears our prayers. God also loves us so much that He would never ignore us.
When we don’t see the results of our prayers, God is still working on them. Then, He may give us exactly what we asked Him for, or He may not give us our requests to Him. If He doesn’t give us what we wanted, that means that what we wanted doesn’t fit in with His divine plan. Other times, God will give us a modified “yes” to our prayers. That means that He gives us something similar to what we wanted , but with some changes that He brings along with it. God is telling us then, “I have a better idea.” His ideas are always better than ours.
God always hears our prayers. He always answers our prayers. As we wait for His answers, we must trust Him to give us those answers. As we are told in 2nd Corinthians 5:7:
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
May God richly bless you as you pray to Him every day!
